Terrace View is a newly renovated off-campus student apartment community conveniently located less than 1 mile from Virginia Tech in Blacksburg, VA. We are also on the Blacksburg Transit Bus Route for easy transportation around town. Terrace View offers fully renovated and partially renovated floor plan options to fit any budget with 1, 2, 3, and 4-bedrooms. We have something for everyone with fully furnished apartments. Our off-campus student apartments feature a 50" Smart TV, private patio or balcony, dishwasher, full-size washer and dryer, and so much more! Our residents enjoy access to a newly updated clubhouse with a fitness center, Starbucks Coffee Bar, business center, lounge area with smart TV, as well as a resort-style pool, hot tub, poolside cabanas, and a dog park!
